As a member of Neighbourhood Welcome, we are pleased to offer you your 1st hour of electrical service for free! We know that moving to a new home in a new city can be stressful and we want to give you the peace of mind that the electrical wiring in your home is safe.

Our team is made up of a Field Safety Representative, Project Manager, General Manager, 4 Red Seal Electricians and 3 Apprentices all with a wide range of skills and specialties. Our goal is to provide you with quality work matched with detail service to help you get settled in your new home!

What can my free hour be used for?
Your free hour can be used for any of the Residential Services we provide. If you don’t see the service you are looking for listed, please ask.

Will I need an electrical permit?
Depending on the work you require, an electrical permit may be required. We will advise you at the time of your appointment if a permit will need to be pulled and take care of the technical details for you.

How do I make an appointment?
It’s easy! Call Reuben at (250) 465-1519 to ask any questions you have or discuss your project. Once we have established your needs we will book your service call or, if necessary, a no cost site inspection.

The fine print…

1. Coupon must be presented to your electrician on the day of your service call.
2. Limit of 1 coupon per customer.
3. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
4. Must be a new resident of the Comox Valley within 1 Year.
5. This offer does not include parts or, if required, electrical permit.
